Konkret thematisiert der abschließende Teil das „Themengebiet Leerstandsnutzung und deren Management anhand einer Good-practice-Analyse“.<o:p></o:p></span></p><p class=MsoNormal style='margin-bottom:10.0pt;line-height:150%'><span lang=DE style='font-size:10.0pt;line-height:150%;font-family:"Arial","sans-serif";color:black'>Von Seiten der IG Kultur Wien möchten wir unterstreichen, dass für uns neben der oft genannten Zwischennutzung vor allem die langfristige Perspektiven ausschlaggebend sind, ohne die sowohl nachhaltiges Planen als auch die Umsetzung komplexerer Vorhaben nicht möglich sind. Hier warten wir immer noch auf ein konkretes Konzept der Stadt Wien.<br>"Wenngleich die IG Kultur Wien inzwischen zu Treffen eingeladen wurde, ist nach wie vor unklar, was genau entwickelt wird, da Politik in Wien hinter verschlossenen Türen stattfindet", so Willi Hejda, Vorsitz der IGKW.
